SaaS Profiles of Use

Our flexible pricing model lets you choose from four pre-set, per-user SaaS Profiles (see below)—each reflecting common roles and needs in accounting firms.

Each SaaS profile includes the CS Professional Suite products indicated with a check check mark, Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Exchange), and NetStaff CS functionality.

And it's easy to scale your number of Profiles by adding staff as your firm grows, removing seasonal staff, or modifying staff as responsibility and firm needs change.

1 Workpapers CS is accessible via the Full Service and Accounting profiles in the Accounting CS application.

3 Mobile phone synchronization is available for any phone that has ActiveSync (like iPhone® and Droid®) for an additional fee.

4 Source Document Processing (SDP) is available for $6 per client, per year, or $1,560 for an unlimited license.

5 Electronic signature capabilites are available for Engagement Letters, Consent forms and Form 8879. A $1 per document or package of documents fee will apply to each successfully eSigned Engagement letter and Consent form, and a $5 per document or package of documents fee will apply to each successful KBA (Knowledge Based Authentication) signed Form 8879.

6 1040 and Business Web-Based Organizers are included with NetClient CS. If you do not have NetClient CS Web-Based Client Organizers are available on a per-client basis; $1 posting and $3 retrieval fees apply for the 1040 Organizer and a $1 posting fee applies for the Business Organizer.

NOTE: Free storage is an aggregate of 500 MB per NetClient CS portal, 500 MB per NetStaff CS portal without Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS), and 4 GB per NetStaff CS portal with Virtual Office CS or SaaS. Additional data storage used above these limits will be assessed a $5 per GB charge per month.

Choose Standard, Select, or Premium to gain access to SaaS for CS Professional Suite. Then choose the Profiles needed for your firm.

Tax $430
Accounting $330
Admin $235

*The minimum monthly fee is $500.

Multiple User Discount:
2 - 4 Profiles 8% off
5 - 8 Profiles 18% off
9 - 12 Profiles 25% off
13+ Profiles 35% off

The multiple user discount is applied to the total monthly fee.
For example, 1 Full Service + 1 Tax = ($500 + 430) less 8% = $855.60
